Summer Soccer Camp 2026 is designed for young players who want to improve their skills, stay active, and have fun in a positive coaching environment. Players will work on ball control, passing, shooting, small-sided games, and teamwork.

What Players Will Work On

Ball Control and Dribbling

Players will build confidence with the ball through fun touches, turns, moves, and dribbling games.

Passing and Shooting Fundamentals

Campers will practice basic passing, receiving, shooting technique, and finishing activities.

Small-Sided Games

Players will apply their skills in fun game-like situations with lots of touches.

Teamwork and Sportsmanship

Camp will emphasize effort, encouragement, communication, and being a great teammate.

Parent/Guardian Agreements

A parent or legal guardian must complete the following agreements before a player may participate in Summer Soccer Camp 2026.

Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in soccer camp involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to running, kicking, collisions, falls, contact with other players, heat-related illness, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries or accidents.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in soccer camp activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide accurate medical information, allergy information, and emergency contact information.

By registering my child for Summer Soccer Camp 2026, I voluntarily allow my child to participate in camp activities. I agree to release and hold harmless Coach Scott Taylor, Premier Soccer Training, camp staff, volunteers, and affiliated individuals from liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in camp activities, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that this waiver does not release liability for gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived under Texas law.

Medical Authorization

I authorize Coach Scott Taylor, Premier Soccer Training, camp staff, volunteers, or affiliated individuals to seek emergency medical care for my child if an injury, illness, accident, or medical emergency occurs during camp and I cannot be reached.

I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent or guardian listed on the registration form before emergency care is obtained when possible.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs, treatment costs, transportation costs, or related expenses connected to my child's medical care.

I confirm that all medical notes, allergies, medications, and health concerns listed on this registration form are accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Photo and Media Release

I give permission for photos or videos of my child taken during Summer Soccer Camp 2026 to be used by Coach Scott Taylor or Premier Soccer Training for camp-related promotional purposes, including social media, website content, flyers, future camp promotion, and highlight posts.
